The invention discloses a self-lubricating brake pedal mechanism. The self-lubricating brake pedal mechanism comprises insertion and extraction parts arranged at the front end of a booster and a pedal arm arranged between the two insertion and extraction parts, the pedal arm is fixed to the insertion and extraction parts through a bayonet lock, and a kidney-shaped groove in the axial direction of the bayonet lock is formed in the outer wall of the bayonet lock; a vertical through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the kidney-shaped groove, of the pedal arm and filled with lubricating grease; the inner end of the vertical through hole makes contact with the outer wall, and the outer end of the vertical through hole is sealed through an oil cup sealing plug. According to the scheme, by means of the kidney-shaped groove of the bayonet lock and the vertical oil channel of the pedal arm, the outer wall of the bayonet lock is automatically lubricated, it is ensured that the lubricating grease is supplemented in time, oil liquid is prevented from overflowing, and connection reliability of the booster and a pedal is ensured.
