The invention discloses an energy-saving type hydraulic transmission device and relates to the technical field of energy saving and environmental protection. The energy-saving type hydraulic transmission device comprises a motor, a hydraulic system and an engine, wherein the motor is connected with a generator through the hydraulic system; the energy-saving type hydraulic transmission device further comprises a gravity device and a storage battery; the gravity device is connected with the storage battery and is used for converting the recycled gravitational potential energy into electric energy and conveying to the storage battery. The use ratio of automobile energy is increased, the energy is saved, the structure is simple, the cost is low, the torque is sufficient and the application scope is wide.
