The invention relates to an energy-saving type hydraulic control sucking disc which comprises a manual permanent magnetic chuck body; the manual permanent magnetic chuck body is connected with a hydraulic oil cylinder through a bracket; the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with an electromagnetic directional valve through an oil pipe; a first oil way port of the electromagnetic directional valve is connected with a hydraulic oil pump; a second oil way port of the electromagnetic directional valve is connected with a hydraulic oil tank; a large oil cylinder cavity and a small oil cylinder cavity are arranged in the hydraulic oil cylinder; the oil pipe comprises a first oil pipe and a second oil pipe; the large oil cylinder cavity is connected with a first outlet of the electromagnetic directional valve through the first oil pipe; the small oil cylinder cavity is connected with a second outlet of the electromagnetic directional valve through the second oil pipe; and the manual permanent magnetic chuck body realizes magnetization and demagnetization under control of the hydraulic oil cylinder. The energy-saving type hydraulic control sucking disc saves energy consumption, improvesthe environmental protection property, is sensitive in mechanism and can be widely applied in the technical field of permanent magnetic chucks.

    本发明涉及一种节能型液压控制吸盘,包括手动永磁吸盘本体,本体通过一支架连接液压油缸,液压油缸通过油管连接电磁换向阀,电磁换向阀的油路接口一连接一液压油泵,电磁换向阀的油路接口二连接液压油箱;液压油缸内设有油缸大腔和油缸小腔,油管包括油管一和油管二,油缸大腔通过油管一连接电磁换向阀上的出口一,油缸小腔通过油管二连接电磁换向阀上的出口二;本体在液压油缸的控制下实现起磁和退磁。本发明节省了能源消耗,提高了环保性能,且作用过程灵敏,能够广泛应用在永磁吸盘技术领域。
