The invention relates to a production method used for processing automobile interior ceilings via cold mold method, and belongs to the technical field of automobile ceiling interior production. According to the production method, thermoplastic polyurethane hard foam boards are taken as a framework material, glass fiber is taken as a reinforcing material, and solid hot melt adhesive is taken as an adhesive so as to produce a composite board material via cold forming. The production method comprises steps of base material combination, compression moulding forming, and finished product producing successively. The obtained composite board material possesses excellent sound absorption performance, thermal insulation performance, self supporting performance, and environmental protection performance, and extremely high rigidity and dimensional stability, and is suitable for design and producing of luxurious automobile interior ceilings.
