The invention discloses an high-low voltage interlocking detection circuit of an electromobile. The detection circuit comprises a first detection branch circuit for detecting voltage of a first low voltage terminal to output a first voltage detecting value, a second detection branch circuit for detecting voltage of a second low voltage terminal to output a second voltage detecting value, a filter connected between the first detection branch circuit and the second detection branch circuit, a controller for recognizing a connecting state of a connector according to the first voltage detecting value and the second voltage detecting value. Through the adoption of the detection circuit, the current connecting state of the connector can be accurately recognized, the connecting state comprises a complete connection state, a virtual connection state, an open circuit state, a short circuit state relative to the ground, and a short circuit state relative to a power source; the reliability and the safety of the detection circuit are higher. The invention further discloses the electromobile, and an electromobile interlocking signal detection method.
