The invention relates to an electric quantity increasing device based on complementary power generation of offshore wind power and a water floating photovoltaic power station and belongs to the technical field of new energy application. A buoyant material layer is mounted under the sea surface floating photovoltaic power station floating on the sea surface, and buoyancy force generated by the buoyant material layer in a water body supports the weight of the sea surface floating photovoltaic power station; solar cells are installed on the surface of the sea surface floating photovoltaic power station, a controller and an electric lead are installed in front of the solar cells, and the electric lead is installed between the controller and an electricity storage chamber on an island; a steel-structure single pile is installed in a neritic region, a wind power generator is installed at the top of the steel-structure pile, a wind power generation blade is installed on the front portion of the wind power generator, and a submarine cable is installed between the wind power generator and the electricity storage chamber. Electric current generated when the solar cells are irradiated by sunlight and electric current generated when the wind power generator is blown by wind are converged into the electricity storage chamber and then are input into a electricity storage library in a cave in the island through a transformer and a high-tension power transmission line, so that a large number of power resources are stored for later use.
