The invention discloses an underwater robot automatic oil discharging type buoyancy regulating device. An energy accumulator, a lower cabin cover, a cabin tube, an upper cabin cover and a leather bag are sequentially and fixedly connected; a waterproof joint is fixedly connected onto the upper cabin cover; a depth pressure sensor is arranged on the lower cabin cover and is used for detecting the underwater depth pressure; an upper valve block, a hydraulic control one-way valve and a lower valve block are sequentially connected through a pipeline; the lower valve block is fixed arranged on the lower cabin cover; a pump opening pressure sensor and an energy accumulator pressure sensor are both arranged on the lower valve block; a reversing valve is connected with the upper valve block through a pipeline; a hydraulic pump motor assembly and an overflow valve are connected with the lower valve block through a pipeline; the depth pressure sensor, the pump opening pressure sensor and the energy accumulator pressure sensor are respectively connected with a controller; a control panel is respectively connected with an external power supply and an upper computer through the waterproof joint. The underwater robot automatic oil discharging type buoyancy regulating device has the advantages that a complete hydraulic scheme is adopted; the driving oil discharging and the driven oil return are realized through the energy accumulator; a superposition valve block is designed, so that the structure is compact; reliability is realized; the energy is saved, and the like.
