The invention provides a fender reinforcement technology through polyurea. The fender reinforcement technology is characterized by comprising the processes of preparing manufacturing materials, manufacturing an inner container, spraying a reinforcing layer and manufacturing an outer protection layer. The technology includes the steps that special internal protection gas rubber, hanging glue curtain cloth or canvas, polyurea, polyurethane-urea or polyurethane, a vulcanizer, an external double-layer rubber sheet and other materials are prepared; special internal heat preservation protection gas rubber is used to make out the inner container of the required size according to a traditional mode, and the manufactured inner container is placed into the vulcanizer for high-pressure vulcanization; the vulcanized inner container is wound with the hanging glue chinlon curtain cloth or the canvas and coated with the polyurea, the polyurethane-urea or the polyurethane serves as the reinforcing layer, multi-layer winding and spraying can be conducted, and the number of layers is determined according to the size of a fender; after sprayed polyurea is cooled till the polyurea is not sticky, fender is wrapped with a double-layer rubber sheet. The inflatable rubber fender reinforcement technology is economic, practical, concise, environmentally friendly and suitable for being used for various ships and yachts.
