The invention relates to an underwater rock dodging platform adopting neutral network identification. The platform includes an underwater body, a scattered light eliminating device, a feature extracting device and a rock type identifying device. The scattered light eliminating device is used for performing scattered light elimination on an underwater image. The feature extracting device is used for extracting features of an underwater rock in the underwater image subjected to the scattered light elimination. The roc type identifying device is used for determining the type of the underwater rock based on the features of the underwater rock. According to the invention, influence on the underwater image by underwater scatter light can be eliminated, so that automatic dodging of the underwater rock can be realized effectively.
