The invention discloses an unpowered water feeding device for a railway passenger train. The unpowered water feeding device is installed in a machine shell. A coiling cage is composed of a center shaft, a left end plate and a right end plate. The two ends of the center shaft are installed on a rack through bearings. A water feeding hose is coiled on the center shaft. The fixed end of the water feeding hose and a water feeding outlet are fixed. The water feeding outlet is located in part, adjacent to the center shaft, of the machine shell. The movable end of the water feeding hose is provided with a ball valve and a quick coupling negative terminal. A holdback device is installed on the part, adjacent to the outer side of the left end plate, of the center shaft, and a flat spiral spring device is installed on the part, adjacent to the outer side of the right end plate, of the center shaft. A guiding wheel device is arranged between the inner side of the left end plate and the inner side of the right end plate. According to the unpowered water feeding device, no electrical assembly exists, use is safe, energy is saved, and cost is reduced.
