The invention provides a guide rail wheel with a variable flange structure. The guide rail wheel comprises a steel wheel and retracted flange structures which are distributed at one side or two sides of the steel wheel. Through the stretching or shrinking of the flange structures, the guide rail wheel can be adaptive with rails of different shapes, so that the applicable range of the guide rail wheel is expanded, and the mobility of a whole circular track crane is improved.
