The invention discloses a novel hoisting hook-head device. The novel lifting hook-head device comprises an open socket (1). The upper portion of the open socket is connected with the tail of a hoisting steel wire rope (13) and the lower portion of the open socket is connected with the upper portion of a shackle (2) through a shaft pin. The lower portion of the shackle (2) is connected with a slow-rotation shell body (3). The lower portion of the slow-rotation shell body (3) is connected with the upper portion of a slow-rotation shaft (5). The lower portion of the slow-rotation shaft is connected with a hook-head component (6). Two or more groups of annulus external spherical surface grooves (7) are vertically formed in the slow-rotation shaft (5). Annulus internal spherical surface grooves (8) corresponding to the annulus external spherical surface grooves are formed in the inner side of the slow-rotation shell body (3). Balls (9) are located in the annulus external spherical surface grooves (7) and the annulus internal spherical surface grooves (8). According to the novel hoisting hook-head device, the size of the slow-rotation part is small; the novel hoisting hook-head device is not liable to be damaged and safer.
