The invention relates to a high-safety crane hoisting hook device. The high-safety crane hoisting hook device comprises a hook subassembly, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod, wherein the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are sequentially connected to one another end to end; the hook subassembly comprises a first hook and a second hook; one end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the first hook; and the other end of the second connecting rod is fixedly connected with the second hook. The high-safety crane hoisting hook device has the advantages that by the high-safety crane hoisting hook device, the center of gravity of a long workpiece is not required to be sought deliberately, a hoisting process can be stable, and potential safety hazards of high-altitude falling of workpieces in the hoisting process are reduced.
