The invention discloses a self-lifting and self-propelling dock. The self-lifting and self-propelling dock comprises a floating body, a ballast device, a main deck, a left module, a right module and a self-propelling device, wherein a plurality of water ballast tanks are arranged inside the floating body; the ballast device is connected with the water ballast tanks and is used for injecting water into the water ballast tanks or discharging water out of the water ballast tanks; the main deck is fixed on the floating body; the right module and the left module are fixed on the main deck; the left module and the right module are oppositely arranged; a preset distance is formed between the left module and the right module; a warship groove is formed through the encirclement of the left module, the right module and the main deck; the self-propelling device is arranged on the floating body, and is used for driving the self-lifting and self-propelling dock to sail. Through the method, the self-lifting and self-propelling dock has sailing and lifting functions, and nearby maintenance for a warship is facilitated.
