The invention provides a vehicle speed guiding method based on short-distance wireless communication. The method comprises the steps of: 1, obtaining traffic lamp information, information of a vehicle itself, and driver driving information, wherein the traffic lamp information includes the current phase of traffic signal lamps, a phase residual time Tg and the current position information of the traffic signal lamps; and the information of the vehicle itself includes the position information and the operation state of the vehicle itself; 2, when the obtained current phase of the traffic signal lamps is green and the phase residual time Tg is no more than n seconds, judging whether queued vehicles are before the vehicle itself, if yes ,stopping the process, and if not, entering a step 3; 3, calculating an estimated time ti for the vehicle itself arriving a parking line; and 4, determining vehicle speed guiding information according to the time ti. The invention further provides a vehicle speed guiding system based on the short-distance wireless communication, and the vehicle speed guiding system is capable of effectively assisting and suggesting a driver to drive at a suggested vehicle speed, so that the potential collision danger is eliminated, and the safety accidents are avoided.
