The invention relates to the field of grab buckets, in particular to a pneumatic capacity-variable multipurpose grab bucket. The pneumatic capacity-variable multipurpose grab bucket comprises a grab bucket body, a pneumatic device and a round log grabbing device. The grab bucket body is integrally of a cube structure. The round log grabbing device is located in the grab bucket body. The grab bucket body comprises a connection base and two grabbing flaps. Each grabbing flap comprises an upper fixed plate, an upper movable plate, a lower rotary plate and a lower movable plate. The pneumatic device comprises an upper movable air cylinder, a rotary air cylinder and a lower movable air cylinder. Each lower rotary plate comprises a single side plate, front-rear plates and a bottom plate. The lower movable plates are of a square structure with the section being in a right-angled U shape. The round log grabbing device comprises a pair of grabbing devices. Each grabbing device comprises a supporting plate, a directly-taking air cylinder, a supporting base, a rotary rod, a rotary-taking air cylinder and a grab flap. The pneumatic capacity-variable multipurpose grab is variable in capacity, the problem that a grab bucket is low in efficiency or overloaded is solved, and the grab bucket is wide in material grabbing variety; and the grab bucket can grab round logs at the right moment and is wide in application range.
