The invention discloses a disc-shaped underwater glider. The disc-shaped underwater glider comprises a disc-shaped casing, a pressure resistant shell, a control system, a communication navigation system, a driving system, a sensor system and an energy source system, wherein the driving system comprises a buoyancy regulating system and a gravity-center regulating system; the pressure resistant shell is divided into an upper half shell and a lower half shell which are connected through a flange; the gravity-center regulating system consists of a cloud deck and a cloud-deck balance weight; the cloud-deck balance weight is mounted on the cloud deck; the cloud deck has two or more than two degrees of freedom. According to the disc-shaped underwater glider disclosed by the invention, the gravity-center regulating system consists of the cloud deck and the cloud-deck balance weight, so that the structure is simple; the waste of a space provided by an annular gravity-center regulating system for the movement of sliding blocks is avoided; the two metal balance-weight sliding blocks are omitted, so that the weight and the size of the gravity-center regulating system of the disc-shaped underwater glider are greatly reduced; the space utilization ratio and the effective load of the disc-shaped underwater glider are effectively increased.
