The invention discloses a plug-in hybrid power vehicle driving system. A brand-new planetary wheel power coupling device is adopted, the engine start time is taken as a target, and the torque of a driving motor, the torque capacity of a clutch and a brake of a coupling mechanism as well as the engine ignition time are controlled so as to realize quick start of an engine and smoothing intervention of the engine to entire vehicle driving, thereby solving the problem that the driving system is impacted in an engine start process. The system adopts a single motor to realize the functions of a hybrid power vehicle, so that the entire vehicle cost is low; the planetary wheel power coupling device is integrated with a gearbox, and the clutch and the brake are integrated with the motor, so that the structure is compact, the axial size is small, and the arrangement is convenient; and in the engine start process, the inertia torque of the driving motor is fully utilized for compensating the torque required by engine start, thereby reducing the reserved torque of the driving motor for starting the engine and improving the dynamic property and driving property of the entire vehicle.
