The invention discloses a lattice type wind power generation tower lifting method combining an adhesion tower crane and a horizontal movement crane. According to the method, firstly, a lattice tower, a top tower drum and the top horizontal movement crane are installed through the adhesion tower crane; and secondly, a machine room and an impeller of a wind power generation tower are lifted through the horizontal movement crane. According to the characteristic that the weights of the lattice type wind power generation tower and the horizontal movement crane are light, a traditional lattice tower lifting method is used for lifting; then, the lattice wind power generation tower is used as a supporting point, and the machine room and the impeller which are heavy and arranged on the top are lifted through the horizontal movement crane; and force transmission is clear and reasonable. Besides, the horizontal movement crane is convenient to install and convey, high in automatic degree and capable of replacing a large-tonnage crawler crane or a truck-mounted crane to lift a draught fan, saving lifting cost and improving lifting efficiency.
