The invention relates to a wheel tire assembly for a balance vehicle and discloses a hollow hub transmission mechanism. The hollow hub transmission mechanism comprises a vehicle body with the upper end face serving as a pedal, annular hubs which are arranged at the two ends of the vehicle body and are in transmission connection with a driving assembly arranged in the vehicle body, tires arranged on the outer sides of the annular hubs, and support assemblies arranged on the inner sides of the annular hubs. On the radial cross sections of the annular hubs, the tires, the annular hubs and the support assemblies are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. Each annular hub at least comprises a transmission face used for transmitting power of the driving assembly to the transmission face of the corresponding tire, and a tire clamping face. The tire clamping faces are used for fixing the tires. The support assemblies are fixedly connected with the vehicle body to prevent the annular hubs from deviating laterally in the rotation process. The hollow hub transmission mechanism has the advantages that higher stability is achieved, the wheel structure is simplified, the needed technology steps are also simplified, and high application value is achieved.
