An installation method of the last section of vestibule connected with a blast furnace belongs to the high-altitude steel structure installation technology field, and comprises the concrete installation steps of selecting a crawler crane, the crane working condition and a steel wire rope by the heaviest vestibule HJ6; on the constant crane working condition, carrying out the back-calculation on the vestibule applicability on the least favorable condition and determining a vestibule craning point; considering various unfavorable factors when the vestibule connected with the blast furnace is craned, changing a vestibule craning angle, and determining the position of the crane and the craning walking path of the crane. The method utilizes the characteristics that a large-scale crawler crane is large in working diameter and elevating capacity and is flexible to use in a construction area, and carries out the steel structure construction by considering various on-site unfavorable factor conditions comprehensively. The advantages of the present invention are that: by the overall craning thinking and the comprehensive consideration, the large-scale crane working condition on-site assembly times can be reduced, the secondary assembly on the vestibule in a furnace roof framework is avoided, the construction period is shortened, the usage cost of the large-scale craning equipment is saved, and the construction safety and efficiency are improved.
