The invention relates to the technical field of tuyere sleeve installation, and provides a blast furnace tuyere sleeve installation method which comprises the following steps: assembling a hoisting tool; a lifting hook of lifting equipment is connected with the first sling and the second sling; hoisting equipment is controlled to hoist the hoisting tool, and the balance beam is inserted into the tuyere sleeve, so that the tuyere sleeve is supported on the balance beam between the two check blocks; hoisting equipment is controlled to hoist the tuyere sleeve to a mounting position; then the hoisting equipment is controlled to sleeve the tuyere of the furnace shell with the tuyere; after the tuyere sleeve is installed in place, the tuyere sleeve is fixedly connected with the furnace shell; and then the hoisting equipment is controlled to move the balance beam to the outside of the tuyere sleeve. According to the blast furnace tuyere sleeve mounting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the hoisting equipment and the hoisting tool are matched to assist workers in mounting the tuyere sleeve, and in the whole mounting process, the tuyere sleeve does not need to be manually carried, so that the labor amount of the workers is reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及风口套安装技术领域,提供了一种高炉风口套安装方法,包括如下步骤:组装吊装工装;将吊装设备的吊钩与第一吊索和第二吊索连接;控制吊装设备将吊装工装吊起、并将平衡梁插入风口套内,以使风口套支撑在两个挡块之间的平衡梁上;控制吊装设备将风口套吊至安装位置;然后控制吊装设备将风口套装入炉壳的风口;待风口套安装到位后,将风口套与炉壳固定连接;然后控制吊装设备将平衡梁移至风口套的外部。本发明实施例提供的高炉风口套安装方法,通过吊装设备与吊装工装的配合辅助工人对风口套进行安装,在整个安装过程中,无需人工搬运风口套,降低了工人的劳动量,减小了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
