The invention discloses a double-damping structure of a high-speed elevator compensation device. The double-damping structure comprises diversion sheaves and a compensation rope of the compensation device. The compensation rope is wound around the diversion sheaves. The two ends of the compensation rope are connected with rope hitch plates at the lower portions of a car and counterweights. Shock pads are cushioned at the tops of the rope hitch plates. Spring cushion plates are cushioned at the tops of the shock pads. Spring pressing plates are arranged above the spring cushion plates. At least two springs are pressed between the spring cushion plates and the spring pressing plates. A screw rod penetrates through each spring. The spring pressing plates, the springs, the spring cushion plates and the shock pads are installed on the rope hitch plates through the screw rods via tightening nuts. The compensation rope penetrates through the portions between the springs and is fixed to the spring pressing plates. Due to the fact that the double-damping structure is arranged at the combined portion of rope ends of the compensation rope of the compensation device, noise and vibration generated in the high-speed running process of the diversion sheaves of the compensation device can be absorbed through two different damping materials of the shock pads and the buffer springs; the running comfort of an elevator is guaranteed, and remarkable market competitiveness is achieved.
