The invention discloses a device capable of preventing an aircraft on an aircraft carrier from rushing out of a runway in the take-off and landing processes. The device comprises a plurality of buffering supporting columns which are linearly arranged in sequence, carbon rollers arranged between the buffering supporting columns, and buffering supporting column sets composed of piston cross-shaped couplers above the buffering supporting columns and bearings on the two sides of the piston cross-shaped couplers. The device is characterized in that the buffering supporting column sets are perpendicularly buried below the runway and buried on the left side and the right side of the runway in parallel respectively; and the carbon rollers are 2 cm to 4 cm higher than the surface of the airfield runway. The device has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, and capable of preventing the aircraft on the aircraft carrier from rushing out of the runway in the take-off and landing processes, increasing the take-off speed of the aircraft in the take-off process of the air craft and decreasing the sliding speed of the aircraft in the landing process of the aircraft.
