The invention discloses a device capable of preventing an airplane from rushing out of a runway in the taking-off and landing process. The device comprises buffering supporting pillar sets composed of a plurality of buffering supporting pillars distributed linearly and sequentially, carbon rollers arranged between the buffering supporting pillars, piston cross couplers above the buffering supporting pillars and bearings on two sides of the piston cross couplers. The device capable of preventing the airplane from rushing out of the runway in the taking-off and landing process is characterized in that the buffering supporting pillar sets are vertically buried under the runway and buried on the left and right sides of the runway in parallel, and the carbon rollers are higher than the surface of the runway of an airport by 2-4 cm. The device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to operate, and capable of not only preventing the airplane from being out of control and rushing out of the runway in the taking-off and landing process, but also improving the taking-off speed of the airplane in the taking-off process and reducing the sliding speed of the airplane in the landing process.
