An automobile anti-collision beam composite material is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 to 70 parts of iron, 7 to 10 parts of manganese, 3 to 6 parts of tribasic lead sulfate, 11 to 16 parts of magnesium, 6 to 12 parts of chromium, 7 to 11 parts of silicon carbide, 4 to 8 parts of cerium oxide, 10 to 13 parts of graphite, 6 to 9 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder, 10 to 14 parts of titanium dioxide, 3 to 7 parts of zinc oxide, 5 to 8 parts of graphite, 3.5 to 6 parts of ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, 0.5 to 2 parts of potassium hydroxide, 10 to 15 parts of rosin modified phenolic resin, 8 to 12 parts of polycarbonate resin, and 0.3 to 1 part of N-benzoyl caprolactam. The provided automobile anti-collision beam composite material has high strength and hardness, is capable of absorbing the impact energy, and has a reduced use cost at the same time.
