The invention discloses an automobile anti-collision beam which comprises an anti-collision beam body, T first inner hole sets are formed in the anti-collision beam body in the vertical direction at intervals, each first inner hole set comprises M first inner holes formed in the front-back direction at intervals, and a second inner hole set is arranged between every two adjacent first inner hole sets. Each second inner hole group comprises N second inner holes, T is greater than or equal to 2, M is greater than or equal to 2, N is equal to M-1, and the positions of the N second inner holes and the M first inner holes are staggered in the front-back direction; the M first inner holes and the N second inner holes are communicated in the left-right direction. Force and energy generated by collision can be diffused to the whole anti-collision beam body, and the rigidity and strength of the automobile anti-collision beam are effectively improved.
