The invention relates to a novel sailing propeller utilizing Bernoulli principle, belonging to the field of aviation or navigation propellers. According to the invention, a simpler and more efficient propeller different from the screw propellers or jet propellers is added for aviation or navigation. The novel sailing propeller is characterized in that the outer surface of the propeller system, in contact with a fluid medium in environment, has different tangential moving speed relative to peripheral fluids, so that the propeller system bears Bernoulli pressure difference and moves in the fluid. Compared with existing screw propellers, the novel sailing propeller has the advantages that 1. the production process requirements of propellers are greatly simplified; 2. the structural strength is greatly enhanced; 3. disturbance to a fluid medium is greatly reduced, and turbulence intensity and noise are reduced.
