The invention discloses a clock spring and a vehicle with the clock spring. The clock spring comprises a fixing part, a rotating part and a flat cable. The rotating part is rotatably arranged in the fixing part. The two ends of the flat cable and the fixing part and the rotating part are fixed respectively. The clock spring also comprises a switching device. The switching device comprises a normally-open reed switch. The reed switch is fixed on the fixing part and comprises a first reed and a second reed. The first reed is connected with one end of the flat cable. The second reed is suitable for being connected with a driver airbag of the vehicle. The clock spring further comprises a magnetic member which is arranged to move under the effect of inertia force when the vehicle is affected by front collision. Besides, the magnetic member drives the first reed and the second reed to be closed in a suction way through the magnetic effect in the moving period of the magnetic member so as to form electric connection. According to the clock spring, mistaken opening of the driver airbag can be prevented so that the clock spring is simple in structure and high in safety.
