The invention discloses a clock spring and a vehicle with the clock spring. The clock spring comprises a fixing part, a rotating part and a flat cable. The rotating part is rotatably arranged in the fixing part. The two ends of the flat cable and the fixing part and the rotating part are fixed respectively. The clock spring also comprises a normally-open switching device. One end of the switching device is connected with one end of the flat cable, and the other end of the switching device is suitable for being connected with a driver airbag. The switching device is arranged in a way that that switching device is converted into the closed state from the open state when the vehicle is affected by front collision. According to the clock spring, mistaken opening of the driver airbag can be prevented so that the clock spring is simple in structure and high in safety.
