The invention relates to a corrosion-resistant non-motor vehicle brake device. The corrosion-resistant non-motor vehicle brake device comprises an outer cladding layer (1), two lining pipes (2) arranged in parallel, and two winding springs (3), wherein brake wire bodies (4) comprise a carbon fiber core wire set (4.1) at an inner layer and a resin layer (4.2) at an outer layer; annular belts (5) are arranged at the end parts of the brake wire bodies (4); the surface of the outer cladding layer (1) is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer; and the corrosion-resistant layer comprises an adhesive bottom layer and a corrosion-resistant surface layer. In the corrosion-resistant non-motor vehicle brake device, the lining pipes guarantee equal lengths of two brake wires, and guarantee uniform stress of two brake wire bodies in braking; meanwhile, the brake wire bodies are simple in molding, light in mass, resistant in chemical corrosion, excellent in weather resistance and low in production cost; the annular belts at the end parts of the brake wires are used for fixing the brake wires and a handlebar, so that the brake wires are not deviated from the handlebar, and the driving safety is guaranteed; and the brake wires effectively resist the corrosion to prolong the service life.
