The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle engine with a power generation function. The unmanned aerial vehicle engine with the power generation function comprises an engine body, a power generator, a power management system, a charging controller and a storage battery. The engine body is movably connected with the power generator. The power generator is electrically connected with the power management system. The power generator outputs magnetic induction current to the power management system. Alternating current is converted into direct current to be output by the power management system. The storage battery stores the direct current output by the power management system. The charging controller detects the charging condition of the storage battery and controls the current input make-and-break condition of the storage battery. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle engine with the power generation function, the engine outputs power to the power generator while outputting driving force to a propeller, and power is stored and supplied to a flight computer to be used after current conversion; the utilization efficiency of the driving force of the engine is improved, and relevant energy consumption is reduced.
