The invention discloses a railway train overhaul system which comprises a portable client side, a locomotive part management server, a locomotive part replacement statistics server, a central server, a robot track control server, a locomotive overhaul process monitoring server and an image collecting device. The portable client side sends GPS positioning information, the position information of locomotive parts on a locomotive and the type information of the locomotive parts to the central server. The locomotive part management server is used for registering the information of the locomotive parts entering and exiting from an overhaul workshop. The locomotive part replacement statistics server is used for registering the information of the locomotive parts replaced in the locomotive overhaul process. The central server is used for sending the position information of a locomotive part storage warehouse and the position information of the locomotive parts needing to be replaced to the robot track control server. The robot track control server is used for drawing the optimal route and uploading the optimal route to the central server. The locomotive overall process monitoring server is used for monitoring the overhaul process of the locomotive. The image collecting device is used for storing the image information collected in the overall process to a storage device. The central server controls a robot to transport the locomotive parts according to the optimal route. The railway train overhaul system has the advantage that the replacing efficiency of the locomotive parts is improved.
