The invention discloses an amphibious unmanned aerial vehicle capable of preventing crash, which comprises a vehicle body, wherein a processing unit and an engine are arranged in the vehicle body; the processing unit is electrically connected with the engine; a rotor wing is arranged on the vehicle body; a rotating shaft is arranged in the vehicle body; a groove is formed at one end, close to the rotor wing, of the rotating shaft; the rotor wing is provided with a connecting part; the connecting part is inserted into the groove of the rotating shaft, and is in interference fit with the rotating shaft; the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with the engine in a transmission manner; an upper cartridge bag and a lower cartridge bag are arranged in the groove of the rotating shaft; a parachute is arranged between the upper cartridge bag and the lower cartridge bag; a bottom explosion trigger is arranged below the parachute; a second explosion trigger is arranged beside the upper cartridge bag, and is electrically connected with the processing unit; an undercarriage is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, and comprises an air bag and an undercarriage body; the surface of the undercarriage body is covered by the air bag; an air inflating device is arranged in the vehicle body; and an air outlet of the air inflating device is communicated with the air bag to protect the unmanned aerial vehicle from crashing. With the adoption of the scheme, the unmanned aerial vehicle cannot sink to the bottom of water even if crash happens.
