Theamphibious unmanned aerial vehicle can fly in the air and also can sail on water, the vehicle body comprises two hemispherical aviation organic glass panoramic windows and a carbon fiber composite material main vehicle body, and the two hemispherical aviation organic glass panoramic windows are fixedly connected between the carbon fiber composite material main vehicle body in an upper part and a lower part. The power device comprises a motor, a propeller, a generator and a power supply, the propeller is fixedly mounted on a motor shaft, and the propeller can change a power direction to controla driving direction during flying or sailing through multi-directional rotation.
