The invention belongs to anti-steel-plate-falling lifting electromagnet equipment on a ship unloader. The equipment comprises an electromagnet system 1 comprising a control device 1, a rectifier transformer 11, a storage battery pack 12, a meter box 13, a current sensor 14 and an electromagnet coil 15, an electromagnet system 2 comprising a control device 2, a rectifier transformer 21, a storage battery pack 22, a meter box 23, a current sensor 24 and an electromagnet coil, a main lifting brake 3, a control table 4, a siren 5, and a ship unloader electrical control 6, and is characterized in that the current sensor 14 forms the series connection between the control device 1 and the electromagnet coil 15, and the current sensor 24 forms the series connection between the control device 2 and the electromagnet coil 25, such that the other set of the system can continuously and independently complete the sucking and lifting work when one set of the electromagnet produces power loss and other failures so as to improve the safety and the reliability of the sucking and lifting operation of the ship unloader lifting electromagnet.
