Through the arrangement of the first fixing plates and the second fixing plates, a first bearing roller is rotationally connected between the two first fixing plates, a second bearing roller is rotationally connected between the two second fixing plates, and the outer wall of a rope is in sliding connection with the outer walls of the first bearing roller and the second bearing roller, so that the contraction or extension efficiency of the rope can be improved; and the ship unloader can play a role normally.
