The invention discloses a lift car overload protection device. The lift car overload protection device comprises a car bottom frame, rubber blocks, limiting screws and microswitches, wherein the rubber blocks are arranged on the upper surface of the car bottom frame, the limiting screws are arranged at the outer sides of the rubber blocks, the microswitches are arranged on the upper surface of the car bottom frame, and contact screws are arranged above starting buttons of the microswitches and fixedly installed at the bottom of a lift car. The lift car overload protection device has the advantages of being simple in structure and acting sensitively, the rubber blocks are weighing elements and vibration attenuation elements, the car bottom structure is greatly simplified, and adjustment and maintenance are easier; the microswitches are installed in the middle of the car bottom frame, work when the lift car bears loads and can switch an elevator outbound loading and stopping circuit and an elevator control circuit; the screws touching the switches are directly installed on the bottom of the lift car, and the control range of overload amount can be adjusted just by adjusting heights of the screws.
