According to the technical scheme, the system comprises a main controller, an input power supply processing circuit, a plurality of sub-controllers and a plurality of charging output circuits, the input power supply processing circuit is connected with the plurality of charging output circuits, and the main controller is connected with the input power supply processing circuit and the plurality of sub-controllers; a power detection module and a power distribution limiting module are arranged in the main controller, the power detection module obtains the charging power of each charging output circuit, and the power distribution limiting module distributes and limits the charging power of each charging output circuit. The invention has the advantages that the charging states of the multiple charging output circuits are detected through the master controller, when the total output power exceeds the rated power, distribution is carried out according to the charging states of the charging output circuits, and maximization of the charging efficiency of the charging output circuits can be achieved on the premise of overload protection.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,尤其涉及一种充电桩的过载保护装置及过载保护方法。采用如下技术方案:包括主控制器、输入电源处理电路、多个子控制器和多个充电输出电路;输入电源处理电路与多个充电输出电路连接,主控制器与输入电源处理电路和多个子控制器连接;主控制器内设置有功率检测模块和功率分配限定模块,功率检测模块获取各个充电输出电路的充电功率,功率分配限定模块分配限定各个充电输出电路的充电功率。优点在于:通过利用总控制器对多路充电输出电路的充电状态进行检测,当总输出功率超出额定功率时,根据各充电输出电路的充电状态进行分配,可在过载保护的前提下,实现各路充电输出电路充电效率的最大化。
