Provided is a vehicle driving-torque control device with which an improvement in acceleration responsiveness can be achieved without imparting discomfort due to shock when driving torque is increased. The vehicle driving-torque control device is provided with: a change-rate limitation unit for implementing an change-rate-increase limitation process in which, when target driving torque (tFo0) is increasing, an integrated controller (10) limits the increase-side change rate so as to not exceed a preset change-rate limit; and a change-rate-limit setting unit for implementing a suppression change-rate-limit setting process in which a low-torque-side change-rate limit used at a low-torque side until the target driving torque (tFo0) reaches a preset torque-change-rate switching threshold (TrqA), and a high-torque-side change-rate limit used at a high-torque side exceeding the torque-change-rate switching threshold (TrqA) are set as change-rate limits, and the low-torque-side change-rate limit is set so as to be greater than the high-torque-side change-rate limit until the target driving torque (tFo0) reaches the torque-change-rate switching threshold (TrqA).
