The invention relates to the field of mining transportation, in particular to a mining pneumatic traction tramcar head. The mining pneumatic traction tramcar head comprises a frame, wheels, a power system, a braking system, a small pneumatic winch, a pipe unwinding device, a pipe winding device and a plurality of pipe supporting devices, wherein the wheels are mounted below the frame and matched with tracks, the small pneumatic winch is mounted above the frame, the pipe unwinding device and the pipe winding device are of a same structure and mounted on two sides of the small pneumatic winch respectively, the pipe support devices are mounted on a tunnel roof between the two tracks, and each of the pipe unwinding device and the pipe winding device is provided with a leftward-rightward translation air cylinder which is mounted on the frame horizontally. The mining pneumatic traction tramcar head has the advantages that no steel wire rope is needed to inhaul a tramcar, injuries of people due to rope breakage are avoided, adoption of a wire stringing type tramcar head poor in anti-explosion property and a storage-battery-type tramcar head incapable of performing continuous working is avoided, labor intensity of workers is lowered, production efficiency is improved, mine safety performance is improved greatly, and the mining pneumatic traction tramcar head is particularly applicable to highly gassy mines and gradual roadways.
