The invention discloses an auxiliary propulsion energy-saving device for ship hydrodynamics. The energy-saving device is arranged ahead of a propeller and located outside of a ship hull opposite to rotation direction of the propeller. The energy-saving device comprises two support arms, a first hydrovane and second hydrovanes. The two support arms are of hydrovane shapes. One ends of the support arms are fixedly connected with a ship hull plate. The first hydrovane is in the shape of a semi-circular ring. Two ends of a semi-circular ring of the first hydrovane are fixedly connected with the other ends of the two support arms. Therefore, a fan-shaped structure is formed. One ends of the second hydrovanes are fixed outside of the first hydrovane and the other ends of the second hydrovanes are distributed outwardly in a radial pattern with the axis of the propeller as the center. The longest distance between each second hydrovane and the axis of the propeller is equal to the radius of the propeller. The auxiliary propulsion energy-saving device for ship hydrodynamics has following beneficial effects: because of the first hydrovane, flow equalization particularly close to a propeller hub within the small radius range of the propeller is achieved; the second hydrovanes change the flow direction within the large radius range of the propeller; tangential flow opposite to the rotation direction of the propeller is formed; and propulsive efficiency of the propeller is boosted.
