The invention relates to the technical field of submersibles, in particular to a sea surface emergency egress device for a deep sea manned submersible. The sea surface emergency egress device comprises an emergency escape cylinder and an adsorption device. The upper section of the emergency escape cylinder is round, the lower section of the emergency escape cylinder is streamline, and the emergency escape cylinder can be attached to the peripheral edge of a hatch cover of the submersible. The adsorption device is connected to the lower end of the escape cylinder and enables the emergency escape cylinder to be adsorbed to the periphery edge of the hatch cover of the submersible. According to the sea surface emergency egress device for the deep sea manned submersible, a freeboard on the access hatch of the submersible under the sea surface free state can be lifted temporarily so as to ensure that personnel come out of a cabin during sea surface emergency, and the safety of instrument equipment in the cabin is protected. The sea surface emergency egress device is convenient to carry, easy to install and fix and high in operability; the device can effectively solve the problem that when the hatch cover of the deep sea manned submersible is opened during the sea surface emergency, water enters the manned cabin, ensures that the personnel come out of the cabin fast, and has a good application prospect.
