The invention discloses a wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module. In particular, the wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module is not confronted with the nature, is in harmonious coexistence with the nature, and eliminates various danger factor influences according to various destructive factors. The wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module has a water platform and a device, and is additionally provided with an underwater platform and a device. The wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module consists of module frames, connecting devices between the module frames, connecting chains or connecting cables or connecting rods and floating bodies. The module frames are platform skeletons of the wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module; and the fixed floating bodies on the module frames and the fixed floating bodies on the fixed connecting chains or connecting cables or connecting rods only can form resultant force to provide upward smooth buoyancy to the module frames, so that the wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module is not fluctuated vertically along with waves. The connecting devices between the module frames are used for connecting the water surface, the water bottom and all sides of the wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module. Therefore, the wind wave resisting smooth buoyancy module not only can be singly used, but also can be connected for use in large scale.
