The invention discloses a split rail holding lock. The radius height difference is detected according to the proportion of the inscribed circle diameter of a wheel and a rail surface to the diameter of a leaning side R, so that the split rail holding lock is designed. According to the theoretical speculation, in spite of derailment and turnover for whatever reason, one wheel has to exceed the rail upper surface, the heading direction is changed, and accordingly derailment happens. When the leaning side R climbs up the rail surface, there must be conditions for leading to the rising of the wheel and a vehicle body. It can be seen that three different numerical values exist in the width direction at the cross section of a rail, and the middle is narrowest. Hence, the portion above a lower line of the narrow face of the cross section of the rail is set as the modeling of an inner hole of the rail holding lock. The upper end of a lock body can be designed to be fixed on the vehicle body, a vehicle beam and a vehicle axle according to the vehicle model, the lock can be kept to be perpendicular to the center of the rail, lock holes are in clearance fit, and the heights of the wheel, the vehicle body and the rail are controlled. If the vehicle body, the wheel and the vehicle beam rise because of accidents, upper lines on the two sides of a locking opening hold a lower shoulder at the upper end of the rail, the height of the vehicle beam and the height of the rail are controlled, the leaning side R is forced to not climb up the rail surface, and derailment and turnover can be prevented. The split rail holding lock is easy to manufacture, convenient to maintain, durable in use, and low in cost. The split rail holding lock can be mounted and maintained more conveniently compared with a one-piece rail holding lock, and the split rail holding lock can be dismounted and maintained in the middle of the rail.
