The invention provides a long-endurance multi-rotor-wing unmanned aerial vehicle agricultural plant protection method, and relates to unmanned aerial vehicle agricultural plant protection. A long-endurance multi-rotor-wing unmanned aerial vehicle based on a suspension mooring system comprises a power supply, a power-on guide rail, power-on guide rail supporting rods, a conductive slide block, a light and soft wire and a multi-rotor-wing unmanned aerial vehicle body. A plant protection working area is measured; the distribution positions of the power-on guide rail supporting rods are designed according to the area of the working area; the power-on guide rail supporting rods, the power-on guide rail and the conductive slide block are installed; the power supply and the unmanned aerial vehicle are communicated, and the agricultural plant protection work is executed. The conductive slide block can be pulled to slide along the guide rail under the dragging effect of the light and soft wire, a conductive sheet on the conductive slide block and a conductive core wire on the guide rail are in a friction contact state all the time in the sliding process, and the smooth electricity conduction of the conductive slide block and the core wire of the power-on guide rail is ensured. The multi-rotor-wing unmanned aerial vehicle body can work in a long-endurance mode in the agricultural plant protection working area, effective loads can be improved when the unmanned aerial vehicle carries no power supply, and the wide-range coverage of the plant protection working area is achieved.
