The invention provides a stratospheric aerostat skin and a production method thereof. The stratospheric aerostat skin sequentially comprises a weather-proof layer, a first gas barrier layer and a force bearing layer, wherein the first gas barrier layer comprises a graphene-resin layer comprising a first surface and a second surface far from the first surface, a first aluminized layer positioned on the first layer of the graphene-resin layer, and/or a second aluminized layer positioned on the second surface of the graphene-resin layer. The stratospheric aerostat skin adopts the graphene-resin layer as the main body structure layer of the first gas barrier layer, and the aluminized layers are introduced to the first surface of the graphene-resin layer and/or the second surface corresponding to the first surface respectively. Graphene has high heat conductivity, so the integral heat conduction performance of the stratospheric aerostat skin is obviously improved.
