An invisible folding mechanism comprises left and right folding seats. Outsides of the corresponding ends of the folding seats are rotatably fixed through a rotary shaft, and the other sides of the corresponding ends of the folding seats are fixedly fastened through a quick-release component. The left folding seat is provided with an accommodating groove accommodating the quick-release component. The quick-release component is provided with a lock rotary shaft, a movable block, a wrench and a lock rod. The lock rotary shaft is provided with an eccentric shaft in the middle and two sides movably penetrating the accommodating groove. The movable block movably sleeves the eccentric shaft. One end of the wrench is fixed onto two ends of the lock rotary shaft. One end of the lock rod is rotatably fixed on the movable block and used for supporting the eccentric shaft, and the other end of the lock rod is formed into a bolt head which can be rotatably clamped into a step groove in the right folding seat. The lock rotary shaft is further provided with a bringing-out mechanism which drives the movable block and which brings out the lock rod. The invisible folding mechanism is attractive in appearance, easy to fold and excellent in locking and connecting strength.
