The invention discloses a vehicular obstacle detecting and displaying system comprising a camera-shooting unit, an obstacle detecting unit, an image processing unit, and a displaying unit. The obstacle may capture external images. The obstacle detecting unit may perform obstacle detection treatment according to the external images in order to obtain the information of the obstacle. The image processing unit may perform image splitting and perspective conversion processing on the external images according to different numbers, attributes, positions, speed, or distance to a vehicle of an obstacle in order to generate different combined images. The displaying unit may display the combined images.
