An automobile emergency braking plate is an emergency braking device used under the condition that an automobile has no braking capability or under the emergency condition. The contact area of a tire pattern rubber plate with the ground is several times larger than the original wheel, and the friction force with the ground is increased. The rubber plate is connected with an automotive frame through a steel wire rope of fixed length, and then a rubber plate support is installed. A self-locking and interlocking device is installed on the support. When emergency braking is required, a button power supply can be connected only when a hand brake is pulled, and then a button is pressed. After a sucker is electrified and a self-locking device is opened, a push-pull sliding plate motor power supply is connected, the sliding plate moves forwards to unlock a lock ring, then an emergency braking plate is pushed forwards to fall onto the ground. As the emergency braking plate is connected with the automotive frame through the steel wire rope of fixed length, the emergency brake plate is pulled and pressed under wheels. Due to the inertia effect of the automobile, the emergency braking plate and the ground have friction, and the aim of braking is achieved.
